When we care for our homes, we care for our community.
Our community. Our home. A summer update on ARC, community improvements, pool and spa maintenance, safety, finances and what’s ahead.
Dear Neighbors,
It has been a little while since our last community newsletter, and I wanted to reconnect with everyone and share a few important updates from around Carnelian.
One topic we especially want to bring more awareness to is our Architectural Review process, or ARC. We love seeing homeowners invest in their properties, and we want to help make sure exterior improvements are consistent with our standards, protect property values, and keep Carnelian looking its best.
Thank you for continuing to take pride in your home and our community.
Thank you,
President, Carnelian Maintenance Corporation
